Looking back at our Social Media Exhibitions in 2021: Art of Solitude, Art of Connection & Art of Peace
From February – June 2021 Nine Elms Arts Ministry hosted two ‘Social Media Exhibitions’ across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, ‘Art of Solitude’ during Lent, as we continued in lockdown, and ‘Art of Connection’ for Easter and Pentecost seasons, as restrictions began to be lifted.
We shared 70 days of art, showcasing over 80 different artists and creatives, many locally based. In Jan-Feb 2022 a new exhibition ‘Art of Peace’ was hosted, continuing the ‘Peace on Earth’ theme of the 2021 Nine Elms Advent Calendar.
